AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable for your circumstances or expressed in the wrong way. You must read, verify and correct every part of your document and check the applicable court directions before signing or filing.

Known Limitations

• Outputs may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies or inappropriate wording.
• The product may not reflect the latest court rules, practice directions or case-specific requirements.
• It cannot determine whether evidence is complete, admissible or persuasive.
• There is no human or solicitor review through the product.

We do not guarantee court acceptance, legal sufficiency, filing success or any outcome.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the facts and evidence you provide, for verifying all AI-assisted content, and for the final document you sign or file. Check names, dates, references, exhibits, statements of truth or jurat wording, and the court's current requirements.

Document Processing and Website Data Are Different

• Desktop document content: drafting and exported files are designed to be handled locally by the desktop product.
• Website and order information: contact, order and payment-related information is processed separately to operate the website and fulfil purchases. Stripe processes payments and Resend is used for transactional email.
• Analytics: Google Analytics is used only where a visitor consents to analytics cookies and does not process desktop document content.

Reporting a Product or AI Error

Contact info@myaffidavit.ai with a description of the issue and product version if known. Do not email sensitive documents, personal evidence or full case materials unless a secure method has been agreed first.
